Moonstone Pressure Washing takes its name from Moonstone Court in Lithia Springs, the street where Alonzo and his family have lived for over 20 years. What started as helping neighbors keep their homes clean grew into a full-service exterior cleaning company in 2021.

Today, Alonzo Sr. and his son Alonso Jr. work side by side on every job. When you book Moonstone, you get the owners, not a random crew. That personal commitment shows in their perfect 5-star rating and the neighbors who flag them down mid-job to book their own cleaning.

Soft washing uses less than 500 PSI (about the same force as a garden hose) combined with specialized cleaning solutions to kill algae, mildew, and bacteria at the root. It is the right method for siding, roofs, and delicate surfaces. Pressure washing uses higher PSI for hard surfaces like concrete driveways, patios, and sidewalks. We always match the method to the surface to prevent damage.
Not when done correctly. We never use high pressure on roofs or siding. Those surfaces get our soft wash treatment, which cleans thoroughly without damaging shingles, paint, or siding material. Our roof cleaning follows AMRA (American Roof Maintenance Association) guidelines specifically designed to protect your warranty.
Soft wash results typically last 3 to 5 years because the cleaning solutions kill algae and mold at the source, not just on the surface. Driveways and concrete surfaces benefit from annual or bi-annual cleaning depending on tree cover and traffic. Paver sealing adds an extra layer of protection that extends the life of your clean even further.
We use eco-friendly cleaning solutions and take precautions to protect your landscaping. We pre-wet and rinse plants before and after the job. We recommend keeping pets inside during the cleaning and for about an hour after while surfaces dry. Our solutions break down quickly and are designed to be safe for residential use.
